We help private investors and funds to invest in sustainable enterprises which benefit society.  Our services span the full range of activities of the investment process, including deal flow origination, business plan screening, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, (limited) post-investment management support, portfolio monitoring, and the design and implementation of exit strategies.  Furthermore, we help fund managers to structure and set up new investment funds in the area of social entrepreneurship.  Our first client is the Oasis Fund,  a Luxembourg based investment fund focused on the financing of social enterprises.  

 

Services for Entrepreneurs

An important part of our work is helping our clients to source their investments and thus assist sustainable social ventures connect with the financing they need to grow their enterprises.  If you are interested in obtaining funding, please send us a brief email summary (no more than 2 pages) with the following information about your venture: business overview; description of social impact; organizational history; description of financing needs; brief bios of team, andcontact information.  If available, then also attach a business plan and key management biographies.  Please submit all your information via email to info@bamboofinance.com.  It may take up to two weeks for us to get back to you because we review all submissions that we receive.   If we believe there is a fit with our client, we will commence with a formal due diligence process.
