Keith Allman is a Senior Investment Manager with Bamboo Finance. He is responsible for existing investments and generating new deal flow. In addition he manages the risk monitoring of the portfolio. Previously, he was a Director at Pearl Street Capital Group, where he focused on private equity fund of funds, capital relief transactions, and venture debt funds. He also founded Enstruct, which services clients worldwide in capital markets and equity valuation, distressed valuation, and quantitative-based training. His analytical training originated at Citigroup where he modeled structured products for their conduits and eventually emerging market transactions for their Principal Finance group. He has published four books on quantitative finance related topics including: Modeling Structured Finance Cash Flows, Reverse Engineering Deals on Wall Street, Corporate Valuation Modeling, and Financial Simulation Modeling. His introduction to social entrepreneurship came as a volunteer for Relief International in the Middle East, where maintains his connection as a Director on their board. He holds bachelor degrees from UCLA in Political Science and Psychology and a master of international affairs degree from Columbia University. He is currently on the Boards of the following portfolio companies:VidaGas, Immersion, Greenlight Planet, and Vienova.
